Jennifer Houdyshell has accumulated over fourteen years of experience working on a variety of project types, including hospitality, residential, office, correctional facilities, religious facilities, and retail shells. Her role involves working closely with the project team on project design, coordination, documentation, and management tasks. She is well-versed in all project phases, from preliminary programming to construction administration.

At MAA, Jennifer has been involved in several noteworthy projects, including the historical renovation of a 22-story building in downtown Houston into a 225-key Cambria brand hotel. This hotel received a Good Brick Award from Preservation Houston and a Four Diamond rating from AAA, making it the first Cambria Hotel to receive such a status. Jennifer was also an integral member of the downtown Dallas Statler Hilton Hotel project team, where she focused on coordinating multiple construction phases, contractors, and tenants involved. She also contributed to the design of the Mayflower Building at 411 Akard, which won a Preservation Dallas award.

Currently, Jennifer is working on a dual-brand hotel that is part of the EpicCentral development in Grand Prairie, Texas, and a 13-story Marriott Autograph hotel near Frisco's Ford Center.
