His expertise spans various project types, including 1-4 story garden-style, 1-5 story wraps with mixed-use, and 1-5 story podiums with mixed-use. He specializes in type V-A and V-B construction and HUD and TDHCA projects.

Chuy is managing a multi-family residential complex in the Stockyards in Fort Worth, Texas. The complex comprises 418 apartments in 5 residential buildings, a clubhouse/leasing office, dog grooming facilities, a small dog park, a pickleball court, and an outdoor pool. He also assists in a 9-building garden-style project just outside of Austin.
