Nicholas has a wealth of expertise in managing multi-family projects, from design development to construction administration. 

His portfolio includes garden-style, podium, wrap, 4- and 5-story midrise, and townhome arrangements, which have been built using various construction techniques. Notably, he places a strong emphasis on constructability, detailing, and resident experience throughout his projects.

In his capacity, Nicholas is responsible for daily communication with clients and consultants. He consistently offers recommendations and refines solutions to manage the intersecting constraints of design, operation, and construction.

Nicholas is supervising the construction administration of more than 700 units across three projects in Texas and Colorado. One of his projects included Depot on Main in Burleson, Texas, recently recognized as a finalist in the DCEO Commercial Real Estate Awards for multi-family excellence in architecture. Previously, Nicholas was associated with a firm where he completed other projects, including Dolce Vita Lakeside Granbury and Lenox Maplewood in Dallas, Texas.
