Sam’s industry experience, cultivated over the last ten years, spans various project types from concept design through Construction Administration.

He has expertise in hospitality, corporate, multi-family, and master planning. Sam has primarily focused on hospitality design and has worked with some of the industry’s top hospitality architectural design firms. He has worked on various hospitality projects, including resorts and high-rise urban developments.

Sam is managing a 170-key hospitality project in Fort Worth, Texas, as part of a more significant mixed-use residential and corporate development. His exceptional hospitality planning/design skills, client-focused project development, and collaborative team management have been vital to the project’s success.

Sam’s current hospitality experience includes 2000 Ross (Dallas, Texas), Broward County Convention Center hotel (Fort Lauderdale, Florida), Ritz Carlton mixed-use development (Nashville, Tennessee), Top of the Rock resort (Branson, Missouri), Costa Mujeres Resort (Mexico), and Valhalla resort (Florida Keys).

Sam’s experience in multi-family projects includes Eclipse 180 units (Tomball, Texas), Mansfield 250 units (Mansfield, Texas), Rosedale 330 units (Fort Worth, Texas), and Ritz 80 units (Nashville, Tennessee).

Besides Sam’s exceptional career experience, he has also served as a community leader outside the office. He has been involved with the ACE Mentorship Program for many years, which allows high school students to experience the AEC industry. Notably, Sam served on the ACE Board as chair of recruiting for two years, working to recruit high school students across Dallas.
