Samantha has diverse experience in various projects, including adaptive reuse, historic preservation, residential, multi-family, mixed-use, and hospitality. She is involved throughout the project cycle, from collaborative schematic design to construction administration.

Before joining MAA, Samantha worked on several schematic design and interior renovation projects in Kansas and conducted research. She is currently working on multiple projects, such as a historic hotel project, a master plan, a multi-family residential building in Lakeside Village, and various hospitality projects. Samantha has also been involved in several projects at Grandscape, such as Andretti’s, Akira Back, Thirsty Lion, Quartino’s, and the Galaxy Theatre in The Colony, Texas.

Samantha is passionate about pursuing her architectural license and hopes to contribute to the rapid development of downtown Dallas. She has excellent technical skills in various software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
