Sunil Demel has more than 25 years of professional experience in commercial architecture. Over the last decade, his primary duties have included the preparation of contract specifications and quality assurance/quality control. While at MAA, his primary responsibilities include producing project specifications for various building types and guiding design staff on materials and methods. He assists the construction administration department with RFIs, shop drawing submittals, and pay applications. He also has experience working with project managers to produce schematic design, design development, and construction document specifications for offices in Austin, Dallas, and Fort Worth, including office towers, multi-family housing, churches, warehouses, interior finish-outs, remodels, and historic building renovation.
