Theresa Zavala is an accomplished Interior Architectural and FF&E Designer with approximately 25 years of expertise in global hospitality and high-end residential projects. 

Theresa has held leadership roles, including Design Manager, Senior Interior Designer, and Director, showcasing her proficiency in the entire design process from initial envisioning to construction documentation and administration. Theresa has extensive international experience, managing diverse projects such as luxury hotels, private residences, and exclusive developments across locations like the British Virgin Islands, Saudi Arabia, and Turks and Caicos. Her work demonstrates a focus on cultivating client relationships, fostering brand alignment, and producing culturally and regionally attuned design narratives.

Throughout her career, Theresa has excelled in managing teams, ensuring quality assurance and control, and utilizing a broad range of design tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. She has led projects varying in size, from small renovation work to multi-million dollar ground-up luxury resorts, demonstrating her expertise in aligning design concepts with client visions and market demands.
