Will brings a wealth of experience in a wide variety of projects, ranging from industrial manufacturing to restaurants, commercial retail centers, malls, department stores, community amenity centers, and master planning. With a decade of experience, he has been involved in every phase of these projects, from planning to construction administration.

Currently, Will manages and designs multiple projects for Encore Wire Corporation in McKinney, Texas. These projects include a distribution center, electrical wire plants, plastics plants, offices, a medical clinic, various infrastructure and transportation improvements, and master planning for future growth.

Will is known for his work on two restaurants, Monarch and Kessaku, which a Two-Michelin Star Chef conceptualized. Will has a strong background in commercial retail centers and malls, having worked on projects of various scales. He has also partnered with several developers to develop strategies for decommissioning and redeveloping defunct mall anchors in urban centers.

Regarding department stores, Will has leveraged his experience at Bloomingdale in Honolulu, Hawaii, and Los Angeles, California, to focus primarily on fixture and millwork design, detailing, and specification.

Will has also contributed to several community amenity centers, including the Canyon Falls Club in Northlake, Texas, the Hollyhock Fields House in Frisco, Texas, and The Grove Orchard House in Frisco, Texas.

Will's expertise in master planning is evident in his contributions to several projects, including Wolf Lakes Village, a 164-acre development in Georgetown, Texas; Barisi Village, a 127-acre development in Corpus Christi, Texas; Entrada, 85-acre development in Westlake, Texas; River Walk Flower Mound, a 158-acre development in Flower Mound, Texas; and Heartland Town Center, 80-acre development in Mesquite, Texas.
