The 1900 Pacific Residences, formerly Corrigan Tower, was originally built in 1951 as commercial office, designed by architect Wyatt C. Hedrick and developer Leo Corrigan. The building was constructed over the Tower Theatre as an addition to the adjacent Tower Petroleum Building. The building was historically restored and converted into 150 apartments with resident amenity spaces including a new roof top pool, amenity room, resident lounge, leasing office, retail, office space, and motor court. The building achieved LEED Certification upon completion.
