- Renovation included upgrades to the exterior and interior of the building
- Building lobbies, elevator lobbies, cafe, restrooms, conference room, corridors, storage areas and tenant showers all received new finishes and fixtures
- Exterior modifications included a new concrete pad for the cafe, new awnings, new entry canopies and signage
- Parking addition included 2 new levels of parking on top of an existing 4-story concrete parking structure, adding approximately 140 cars per level
