East Quarter is a 20-story high-rise consisting of retail, office and apartments. Approximately 25,000 square feet of retail space is in the lower levels of the project, wrapping the 74-year-old Meletio Electric building. It also includes 180,000 square feet of offices on four levels and over 336 apartment units above. A residential lounge and outdoor deck with a swimming pool are located on the eighth floor and included with the apartment portion.
