- Renovated interior lobby spaces in buildings I, II and III
- Added a new fitness center with showers, security desks, stone flooring, wood wall panels, carpeting, furniture, custom wood window louvers and interactive directories
- Created a plaza between the buildings including an almost 20,000-square-foot concrete deck with a large reflecting pool in the center
- New design introduces shade with large trees in large pots and planters, and a very large architectural trellis creating a wonderful outdoor seating, eating and gathering space
- Changes in the existing deck materials and the trees define circulation paths and outdoor rooms
- New plaza creates an invitation for all surrounding tenants to be outdoors all year long
