The project consists of a new tilt-wall panel warehouse building in Roanoke, Texas located near Alliance Airport. The building is to be 598,000 square feet, with 36 foot clear, and features curtain wall architectural elements at the corners for tenant office space. The building is crossdocked, intended as a distribution center. The site planning of this project was critical in the location of the building due to topography on the site, as well as being cognizant of the surrounding residential adjacent to the site.
