- Located in the urban village of Southlake Town Square
- 40,000 square-foot Robb & Stucky is a 2-level retail store encompassing an entire block in the development
- Goal was to create a well-articulated building with facades that relate to the surrounding context and street-edge condition
- Accomplished by designing a prominent front door element of storefront, glass and brick
- The remaining large faces of the building were further broken down into smaller components to create rhythm and scale
- By paying special attention to the overall massing and materiality, the otherwise large store finds a home in a development of smaller-scaled buildings
