Southlake Delta is 6-story new construction hotel that is one of the first US examples of the Delta Brand by Marriott. Serving as the architect and interior designer for the hotel, it features 240 guest rooms and suites, 10,000 square-feet of meeting space, outdoor amenities, full-service restaurant and bar, and a convenient coffee shop.  The hotel exterior is designed to be respectful of the existing Southlake vernacular by incorporating natural stone and earth tones. The project will feature a full-service restaurant and bar with display kitchen for the guests to watch the chef prepare their dinner.
