The Woodlands Resort is located on 350 acres in The Woodlands, Texas, 30 miles outside of Houston. This renovation would be accompanied by a conversion of the Woodlands Resort to a part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. The renovation includes upgrades to the spa, fitness, pool, forest deck, dining room, public restrooms, bar, lounge, meeting rooms, exterior, signage, guestrooms, corridors, pool bar, game room, lobby, and fireplace area. The goal of this renovation is to create a space that can drive occupancy within a leisure resort property.
